Remote Assistance

Viper Data can now deliver remote assistance

This tiny piece of software allows you to link your desktop to one at Viper Data, allowing us to view your desktop and help you as if we were actually sitting at your keyboard!

It is important to note that this sofware connection can only be initiated by you, you remain in full control of the link and there is no way for us to re-connect to your desktop once your issue is successfully resolved and the link dropped.
